Information you choose to send

KinesioFitness.com.my receives the information you choose to send through WhatsApp, such as your contact details, goal, preferred training location, current level and availability. We use it to respond, check suitability and availability, and arrange services with you.

Assessment-request form

The assessment-request form runs in your browser and prepares a WhatsApp message. Typing into the form does not itself submit those details to our website or reserve an appointment. The information is sent only when you choose to send the prepared message through WhatsApp.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the website and move through the enquiry journey. The Google tag may process standard technical and usage information such as the page visited, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network data, and interactions with the site.

Our custom analytics events may record the page path, page language and a non-sensitive action label, for example the location of a WhatsApp click, an assessment-request start or submission, a completed calculator, a site search, or use of the area filter. We do not send the text you type into the assessment form, prepared WhatsApp message content, your stated goal, health details, contact details, or calculator input values to Google Analytics through these custom events. Google processes analytics information under its own terms and controls.

Other service providers

WhatsApp, website hosting and other external services handle information under their own privacy terms. When you follow an external link or send a WhatsApp message, that service may receive information according to its own settings and policies.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where needed to operate the website, communicate with you, provide the requested service, comply with law or protect legitimate rights. We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You may ask what enquiry information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Contact us through the WhatsApp enquiry channel shown on this site. You may also use browser privacy controls or extensions to limit analytics cookies and tracking.
