Personal Training Prices in KL & Selangor
In short
At our Putra Heights centre, private 1-to-1 sessions run about RM120-RM200 each, and home or condo-gym visits RM180-RM350 depending on travel. Packages lower the per-session cost. We quote a plain range up front, no joining fee, no lock-in, no hard sell.
Prices for personal training in KL and Selangor are all over the place, and most gyms hide the real number until you are sitting across a desk. We would rather you see it now. A single 1-to-1 session at our Putra Heights centre sits in the RM120-RM200 range, and it moves within that band based on session length, how many sessions you book, and whether you want two trainers on a couple.
Come to your home or condo gym and the price is higher, RM180-RM350, because we are paying for travel time and fuel, not because the workout is fancier. We will always give you a range before you commit anything, explain exactly what moves it, and let you decide. No joining fee, no equipment upsell, no pressure to sign a year you will not use.
The honest price ranges
These are real 2026 ranges, not a teaser rate with fine print. Where you land depends mostly on location and how many sessions you commit to. Booking a block lowers the per-session price because it lets us plan your programme properly instead of week to week.
- Centre, single session: RM120-RM200
- Centre, package of 10+: often RM110-RM160 per session
- Home or condo-gym visit: RM180-RM350 depending on zone
- First assessment: charged low or credited into your first block
What is included in the price
Every session is one trainer working only with you for the full time, assessment, a written plan, live coaching, and progress reviews. There is no separate charge for the programme, for messaging your trainer between sessions, or for using our equipment.
What is not included is honest too: supplements, medical or physio treatment, and any gym membership if you train at a commercial gym rather than our centre or your condo.
Why prices differ between providers
A RM60 session and a RM180 session are rarely the same thing. The cheap end is usually a shared floor trainer splitting attention, a template plan, or a fresh graduate. The higher end buys experience, a proper assessment, and someone who adjusts the plan when your shoulder is cranky or your week fell apart.
