Senior Fitness Package: Gentle, Safe, Fairly Priced

In short

Our senior fitness package is built for older adults who want to stay strong, steady and independent. Sessions focus on strength, balance and mobility at a safe pace, ideally at home or a condo gym. We train only after medical clearance and refer to a doctor or physio when something needs one first.

Staying strong and steady is one of the best investments an older adult can make, it protects independence, reduces fall risk, and keeps everyday life easy. Our senior fitness package is designed around that, with gentle, progressive strength, balance and mobility work at a pace that respects your body. Many seniors prefer we come to their home or condo gym, which we are glad to do.

Safety comes first, and we are clear about our limits. This is fitness coaching, not medical care. We ask for medical clearance before starting, especially if you have heart, bone, joint or blood-pressure concerns, and if something needs a doctor or physiotherapist first, we will say so plainly and point you there. Within those bounds, we build training that genuinely helps you move and feel better.

What the senior package focuses on

  • Leg and hip strength to stand, climb and rise with ease
  • Balance work to reduce the risk of falls
  • Gentle mobility for stiff shoulders, hips and backs
  • A pace and intensity matched to how you feel each day

Safety and medical clearance first

Before we train, we ask that your doctor is happy for you to start exercising, particularly with any heart, bone-density, joint or blood-pressure history. We coach movement, not medicine. If a symptom or condition needs clinical attention, we refer you to a doctor or physiotherapist first, and we are happy to work alongside their guidance.

Why home or condo training suits seniors

Training at home removes the stress of travel and busy gyms, and lets us use familiar, safe surroundings. For many older clients in Subang, PJ or Putrajaya, a session in their own living room or quiet condo gym is far more comfortable and consistent than getting to a commercial gym. Pricing follows our standard home-visit range.

How to get an older relative started

  1. Check with their doctor that exercise is appropriate
  2. Book a gentle assessment at home or a condo gym
  3. We set a safe, realistic starting point together
  4. Begin with light strength, balance and mobility work
  5. Progress slowly, adjusting to how they feel each session

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this safe if my parent has health conditions?+

We train only after their doctor is comfortable with them exercising, and we work within any medical guidance. We are fitness coaches, not clinicians, so anything needing medical treatment we refer on. Within safe limits, gentle strength work helps most older adults.

My relative has never exercised. Is that a problem?+

Not at all. We start very gently and build slowly. Many senior clients begin with simple sit-to-stand and balance work. Starting late still brings real benefits for strength, steadiness and confidence.

Can you help after a fall or surgery?+

Only once their doctor or physiotherapist has cleared them for general exercise, and ideally alongside that professional. We do not provide rehab or treatment, but we can build safe strength once the clinical side is handled.

Does it cost more than regular training?+

No, it follows our normal centre or home-visit pricing. Most seniors choose home or condo-gym sessions, which sit in the standard home-visit range depending on their area.

Beginner Starter Package

Our beginner starter package is a small, sensible block, an assessment plus around eight to ten sessions, designed to teach safe technique and build a habit. It is priced honestly with a per-session rate below single bookings, and kept deliberately small so you can prove it works before committing more.

Budgeting for Training

Budget for training by first deciding a monthly amount you can comfortably sustain, then choosing the format that fits it, frequency, location and block size. A smaller plan you keep for months beats an ambitious one you quit. We help you build a plan around your budget, not the other way round.

Cheap vs Quality

Cheap training can mean shared attention, template plans, or inexperienced trainers, but it is not always bad for simple needs. Quality costs more and buys experience, real assessment and adaptation. The honest question is whether the cheaper option meets your actual needs, sometimes it does, often it does not.

Condo Gym Pricing

Condo-gym training is priced like a home visit, RM180-RM350, since travel is the main cost driver. The upside is equipment: you use the gym you already pay maintenance for, so no kit to buy. We assess what your facility has and build the plan around it.

Prices

Corporate Package

Our corporate package brings training to your office or nearby condo gym for small groups of staff. Pricing is per session and scales with group size, so cost per head drops as more join. It suits companies wanting a genuine wellness benefit rather than a token perk, with clear, no-surprise quotes.

Prices

Cost Per Result

Price per session is a misleading number. What matters is cost per result: what you actually pay per kilo of fat lost, per movement learned, or per injury avoided. A cheap session that produces nothing is expensive per result; a pricier one that works can be the better deal.
