Coaching for your starting point

PCOS-Aware General Fitness Coaching for Women

PCOS-aware general fitness means training in a way that fits how PCOS affects strength, energy and body composition, favouring strength work and consistency over punishing cardio and crash diets. We coach fitness only; diagnosis, medication and medical nutrition stay with your doctor and dietitian.

A woman completing a coached dumbbell box squat

Living with PCOS can make fitness feel unfair, weight that is stubborn, energy that dips, and generic advice that does not seem to fit. We cannot treat PCOS; that is your doctor's job. What we can do is coach general fitness in a way that is aware of it: strength-led, sustainable, and free of the crash approaches that tend to backfire for women with PCOS.

This is fitness coaching, plainly. We do not diagnose PCOS, prescribe anything, or give medical nutrition advice, for those, your doctor and a registered dietitian lead, and we are glad to train alongside their plan. What we offer is a private, judgement-free trainer who takes your PCOS seriously and builds something you can actually keep up.

Why strength suits PCOS well

For many women with PCOS, strength training is a friendly fit. It builds muscle, which supports how the body handles energy, and it delivers results without the marathon cardio sessions that leave you drained. We lead with it and keep cardio sensible rather than punishing.

Sustainable over extreme

Crash diets and brutal training tend to backfire, spiking stress and rarely lasting. We build habits and training you can hold for the long run, because with PCOS consistency over months beats any short, intense burst.

  • Strength-led sessions two to three times a week
  • Sensible, joint-friendly cardio rather than daily punishment
  • Habits built around real Malaysian eating, not bans
  • Progress tracked beyond the scale

Working with your energy

PCOS energy can be uneven, so we plan flexibly, harder work when you feel good, shorter smart sessions when you do not. The point is to keep the habit alive through the ups and downs rather than chasing perfect weeks that never come.

Our lane, and your medical team

We stay firmly in fitness coaching. Diagnosis, symptom management, medication and any medical nutrition plan belong with your doctor and dietitian. Tell us what they have advised and we train around it, privately, at our Putra Heights centre or your home or condo gym across KL and Selangor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can exercise cure or treat my PCOS?+

We do not make treatment claims. Regular strength and movement can support how you feel and your fitness, but PCOS is managed by your doctor. We coach the fitness side alongside their care.

What kind of training is best for PCOS?+

For most women, strength-led training with sensible cardio works well and is sustainable. We avoid the extreme, crash approaches that tend to backfire, and build something you can keep up for months and years.

Will you give me a PCOS diet?+

No. We coach general eating habits alongside training, but medical nutrition for PCOS belongs with a registered dietitian and your doctor. We are happy to train around whatever plan they give you.

I feel self-conscious about my weight, is this private?+

Completely. Every session is one-to-one, judgement-free, at our centre or your home. We meet you where you are and focus on what your body can do, not on numbers alone.

Body Composition Measurement

Body composition measurement estimates how much of your weight is fat versus muscle, rather than just a scale number. We use simple, consistent methods to track change over time. It is a fitness tool for motivation and planning, not a medical diagnosis of health from a single reading.

Weight-Loss Training for Women

Fitness vs Clinical Assessment

A fitness assessment sets a safe starting point for training, mapping strength, stamina and movement. A clinical assessment diagnoses injuries and medical conditions, and only qualified healthcare professionals do that. We do the first, never the second, and refer you on the moment something needs a doctor or physio.
